Self-control is a fruit of the Spirit given to us as we believe in our risen Savior. While it is a gift, there are habits and behaviors we can all learn to cultivate this gift of self-control. To that end and because it’s fun, I’m excited to share some of my favorite resources in a new giveaway this week! All these books have helped me personally in many ways to cultivate self-control in my own life.
