We all want what we want, when we want it and exactly HOW we want it, too! Our society is increasingly becoming more and more about me, me, me. But that isn’t how we were created to be. God created us and gave us choices but it’s up to us to choose Him and His will for our lives. (More on this in a future blog post! :))
This life we have is a gift and how we live it should be reflective of our appreciation of this gift. When we truly understand God’s will for us is always going to be better than anything we can conjure up, we begin to honestly pray: “Not my will, but thy will be done, Lord.”
